1. Introduction

Welcome to BarrelTrack ("the Service"), operated by BarrelTrack LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, APIs, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

BarrelTrack is an information-only platform that monitors state-controlled liquor store inventory and provides alerts, price tracking, portfolio management, lottery aggregation, and release calendar features for bourbon collectors. We do not sell, distribute, or ship alcohol. We are not a marketplace. All purchase decisions and transactions occur directly with licensed retailers.

3. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts or creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • BarrelTrack offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at their current rate until the next renewal.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. SMS Communications

  • By enabling SMS alerts, you consent to receive text messages from BarrelTrack at the phone number you provide.
  • Message frequency varies based on your subscription tier and alert preferences.
  • You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message from BarrelTrack or by disabling SMS in your account settings.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

6. Prohibited Use

  • Using the Service for commercial resale or to facilitate secondary market sales at scale.
  • Scraping, crawling, or automated access to the Service beyond what is provided by our API (PRO tier).
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
  • Circumventing rate limits, subscription tiers, or access controls.
  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of inventory data, pricing information, or lottery details. Inventory information is sourced from publicly available state liquor board systems and may be delayed or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that you will be able to purchase any bottle based on our alerts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BarrelTrack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
